EPO offers two main shipping methods for its excavator parts: air freight and sea freight, each with different delivery times and processes.

     1. Air Freight:

• Delivery time: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after payment. For customers in the U.S., the goods usually arrive in about 3 days, although delivery times vary by country.
• Advantages: Air freight is ideal for urgent shipments due to its speed, especially for smaller, high-value parts like electrical components.

     2. Sea Freight:

• Delivery time: Orders are shipped within 10 days after payment. For U.S. customers, delivery to the port typically takes around 45-60 days, depending on the country.
• Advantages: Sea freight is more cost-effective for large, heavy items, though it takes longer.

Returns & Replacements

Some parts are sold as is meaning they do not come with a warranty, while other parts offer a warranty of up to 12 months. In all return cases, if the customer uses or damages the product, EPO will not accept the return or issue a refund. If we send the wrong part due to a part lookup error or warehouse confusion, we will fully refund within 30 days both the part and shipping costs, provided the customer has not used or damaged the part, including any damages caused by forcibly installing the wrong part. Returning all electrical parts may incur higher restocking fees, or no refund will be issued if the part is short-circuited due to incorrect installation.

Payment, Pricing & Promotion

EPO offers flexible payment options, accepting bank transfers (XT, SKYEE), Alibaba payments, and, in some regions, personal transfers like Western Union.

For standard products, a quote is provided within 24 hours, with a 30% deposit required to start. The remaining 70% is paid before shipping. For custom products, a 50% deposit is needed, with the balance due before delivery.
